Navigate your biggest organizational challenges.

I find the best way to tackle the work is to partner together, and design a solution that meets your business needs and budget. Here’s how I would engage with you:

1. THINGS ARE CHANGING! HOW DO YOU KEEP UP?

You are the expert in your business! I come in as your partner to help align what you know to be true about how things work, the politics, the business processes, etc. with best practices taken from my years of working with clients just like you, taking on new problems brought on by growth or change. I work collaboratively with you to find the solution that best meets your needs.

 2. LET’S TALK

Schedule a free consultation with me. We’ll discuss your unique situation and you’ll have an opportunity share your goals, pain points and vision for the future. I’ll prepare some strategies and options based on your budget, size and needs. I work with a network of experts across the industry, to supply your team with as much or little support as necessary.

3. WE GET TO WORK, YOU PLAY A ROLE

I’m in your space, embedded with your team. I partner with my clients, integrating my skills of navigating system changes, mergers, and implementation of corporate strategy and your deep knowledge of your business and your people. Instead of coming in and implementing all of my ideas, we are implementing our ideas. The best solutions come from co-ownership of the project and results. Best of all, this can be an opportunity to up-skill your team by learning side by side while working through the engagement.

4. WE CREATE A SUSTAINABILITY PLAN

The best-laid plans and projects aren’t helpful if they are not sustainable. Part of the work will be to identify how to implement the new behaviors and processes into the day to day, including owners from your team, to ensure that the things we’ve worked on stick, and the old ways of working don’t overtake them.

5. WE REFLECT ON LESSONS LEARNED AND TRANSITION

Every project has learnings, and taking the time to reflect on them, and what it means for the team and team members is a helpful step. This helps us further refine the sustainability plan and prepare the team to assume full ownership as the work becomes part of business as usual.
